Established in January 2008, Lakeside Park is a main scenic spot in Luoma Lake Resort. It is a theme park with micro horticultural landscape giving local history, culture and modern scientific development into full play. The Park combines the southern and northern horticulture of China and is the epitome of Jiangsu’s representative history and culture. Furthermore, it has also witnessed Suqian’s friendly exchanges with the world outside. The integrated park involves gardening, science education, beach sports, lakeside recreation, lake food and local folk performances. The Park has been approved as an AAAA national tourism attraction, promoting the development of Luoma Lake tourism in Lakeside New Zone.

Within the Park are a large aquatic stage, the world No.1 spring with water spray height of 199.6 meters, 7 exhibition halls of different sizes covering 20,000 square meters, 18 small theme parks and a tea house as well as a local specialty supermarket. Super exhibitions, performances and celebrations are held here at regular or irregular intervals.
