Project Overview: China Water Town Project covers an area of roughly 1.33 million square meters, with the infrastructure investment of about 2.5 billion RMB and a total construction area of 865,000 square meters. The entire project includes tourist area and landscape-estate area.

Tourist Area, covering 666,700 square meters, with a construction area of 245,000 square meters, is comprised of the theme park, resort hotel area, Prague integrated commercial plaza, the wedding park, leisure beach, indoor and external water park, with the green, healthy, romantic and casual theme. It, combining the travel and tourism, entertainment and leisure, wedding services, personalized business with Suqian local culture perfectly, is a romantic landmark of Huaihai Economic Zone and a paradise for people loving leisure.

Landscape-estate area covers 666,700 square meters with a construction area of 619,000 square meters, furnished with high-end small house, garden houses and high-rise apartments.

Project Location: China Watertown, located in the core area of Lakeside New Zone, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, with Luoma Lake in its west and Zhangshan Forest Park in its east, covers an area of 2,056 mu, 8 kilometers away from the center of Suqian, about 100 kilometers away from Xuzhou. Luoma Lake, in its west, is one of the four largest lakes in Jiangsu Province, with rich cultural history and beautiful natural scenery.

3．Resort Hotels Zone--- A Refreshing Station for Human Health

Based on such valuable resources as local hot spring and the Luoma Lake scenery, a hotel complex including a five-star theme hotel, a four-star theme hotel and a five-star proprietorship residence hotel will be built to establish Suqian as a city boasting the highest level in China in leasure and vacation resorts. All the rooms in hotels directly facing Luoma Lake provide guests with a panoramic view of the vista. The leading status of Luoma Lake in the leisure industry thus is vouched for. ★Tips on the hot spring: Drilling depth of the hot spring in China Water Town totals 2001 meters with the bottom temperature reaching up to 61.3 ℃, formation water temperature some 50℃ and the wellhead temperature 43 61.3 ℃. The hot spring yields water more than 280 tons per day. Stored in the stratum dating from the Cretaceous Period approximately 0.1 billion years ago, the spring water presents excellent quality with the contents of a great many elements surpass that of standard hot spring water. Contents of Strontium and Fluorine alike have met the National Medical Hot Mineral Water Denomination Quality Standard.

4．Prague Plaza--- RBC Salon presenting erotic charm and culture

Linking the hot spring resort and theme park, Prague Plaza covers a sprawling area of 100 thousand square meters. It is the first five-star hot spring resort hotel in Suqian, integrating the functions of hot spring recreation, business meetings, entertainment and fitness support. Water is guided into the garden, providing tourists with an experience of “Watching the lake, forming intimacy with water and frolicking in water”. A style resembling Venice is created. The Economical Hotel covers a floor area of 10 thousand square meters with 200 guest rooms and the second to fourth floor above ground, whose facade design style is similar with that of the Venice Holiday Hotel to meet the requirement of backpackers. The enclosure of the Venice Holiday Hotel and the Economical Hotel gives birth to the Saint Marco’s Square with an area of 7,900 square meters. A 68-meter sightseeing clock tower is located in its northeastern rim, regarded as a landmark for China Water Town.

Registering a total investment of 0.27 billion Yuan, the Garden House Area A covers an area of 200 Mu with the floor area arriving at 133 thousand square meters, consisting of dozens of Mediterranean-styled garden houses.
